A club employee placed in police custody for trafficking jerseys

A case that the club would have done well, already faced with a disappointing start to the sports season. An employee of FC Nantes was arrested and placed in police custody in connection with the trafficking of football shirts, reports the Télénantes channel.

The employee, close to the locker room according to Canaris coach Antoine Kombouaré, is suspected of having stolen and resold official player tunics. These can sometimes be very expensive, especially with collectors. The facts would be spread over four years.

A search was conducted at the suspect’s home. The financial brigade of the departmental security, in charge of the investigation, proceeded to at least one other hearing.
