But Alcaraz has achieved much more since this season, he won a Grand Slam, two Masters, and reached the number one ranking in the world. Alcaraz admits that even he is surprised by his astonishing rise in 2022.

“It’s crazy for me. I never thought I was going to achieve something like this at 19. It all happened so fast,” Alcaraz said. “For me, it’s amazing.

It’s something I’ve dreamed of since I was a kid, since I started playing tennis. Of course, lifting this trophy today is amazing.” Now Alcaraz’s target will definitely be to try and win the ATP Finals later this year.
