The diplomatic crisis between Morocco and Tunisia also affects sport. Indeed, the Royal Moroccan Federation of Judo and Assimilated Martial Arts (FRMJAMA) has decided not to participate in two sporting events which will be hosted by Tunisia next September.
As a result, Moroccan judokas will not compete in the Arab Championship of champion clubs and the junior, cadet and minimal championships, which will take place from September 6 to 12, 2022, the Federation said in a press release.
