Óscar Garro made his debut yesterday at Mareo, after his appointment last Monday as the new head of the rojiblanco football school. Garro, who arrives in Gijón after spending three years at the head of the Alavés academy, was observing the work of the teams in the facilities. He did so much of the time accompanied by Pedro Menéndez and Iñaki Tejada –as can be seen from the image–, the former dedicated to selection and recruitment, and the latter to training and development.
