Kylian Mbappe and Neymar had an argument because of fighting over a penalty. Paris Saint-Germain coach Christophe Galtier confirmed that their relationship is now fine.

The superstar duo became a hot topic this week after PSG’s 5-2 victory over Montpellier. After Mbappe failed to convert the first Neymar took the ball and insisted on taking Les Parisiens’ second penalty late in the first half.

After the Brazilian football star converted the penalty into a goal, Mbappe did not celebrate with his team-mates. The situation got hotter after the match because Neymar was found to like some of the tweets criticizing Mbappe. It was also stated that the PSG dressing room was in disarray because the two had a dispute that had to be reconciled by Sergio Ramos.

Even so, PSG have resolved the issue between Kylian Mbappe and Neymar internally. Galtier could make sure their relationship returned to normal.

“No discomfort, it’s fine,” Galtier said at the ESPN. “Of course we met right away the next day to sort things out and say what we had to say to each other.”

“That’s why there is no bad feeling, I can confirm with all my heart. We’ve had a very enjoyable workweek where every player is working to prepare for the game against Lille.”

Kylian Mbappe was lined up as PSG’s first penalty taker, Neymar’s second. There are also other execution options such as Lionel Messi or Sergio Ramos.

“We have to show respect. There are situations in the game where the coach stands very far away, and the players have to show intelligence to know when they can give it to a team-mate or make things easier for someone else to gain confidence by taking a penalty. , said Galtier.
