La Paz, Baja California Sur, (OEM-Informex).- The municipal president, Milena Quiroga Romero, accompanied by councilor Alejandro Araiza Castellón, received the members of the Children’s Basketball Teams in the 3×3 modality that will participate in the National Championship at be held this August 6 and 7 in Mexico City, wishing them every success in their competition.
The players from La Paz are part of the children’s basketball team of the Tritones Club, who won the title in the State Championship, for which they earned the right to represent Baja California Sur in the National Tournament in the categories U9, U11 and U13.
The members of the Club, led by coach Diana Denisse Martínez, thanked the mayor for receiving them, to whom they presented a “Tritons” team shirt as a token of appreciation.
Highlighting that it is the first time that Baja California Sur participates in the 3×3 basketball modality in children’s categories in a National Championship where they will be facing different representative teams from the country.

Finally, Milena Quiroga invited them to enjoy their participation in the sports fair, where they will undoubtedly live a great experience, reiterating their support in future competitions so that they can attend and represent the municipality of La Paz with dignity.
