During the month of August, the Pays d’Olmes Judo School offers judo lessons open to all, from the chick category (born in 2014 and before), every Thursday, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. hours, at the Dr-Dhomps dojo, in Lavelanet, as well as body punch lessons, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
For all categories, a back-to-school course is organized from August 22 to 24. We register by return email or by SMS to Thomas Munoz, 06 30 13 50 71.
Concerning the registrations and the renewal of the licenses, the files are to be collected at the dojo of Dr-Dhomps, in Lavelanet, every Thursday of August, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays 20 and 27, during the two open days, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., always at the dojo; during the re-entry course.
In addition, the Pays d’Olmes Judo School is setting up a new activity this year: Brazilian jiu-jitsu. There is no need to have practiced judo or another combat discipline to discover this activity and try the experience. If some are interested, let them know, as for the back-to-school internship, by return email or SMS. New courses starting from the mini-chicks as well as training in refereeing are envisaged.
