The owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, Jeanie Buss, gave some forceful words about the endless debate of who is the best player in the history of the NBA.
Despite being the owner of the Lakers, the team where LeBron James plays, Jeannie Buss did not say that he is the best in history and did not choose Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar or Kobe Bryant.
In the latest promotion of the NBA 2K23 video game, Buss chose Michael Jordan as the best in the NBA.
“Michael Jordan is the greatest of all time,” Buss said in the video.

There are several covers in the 2023 edition of NBA 2K and Michael Jordan is the protagonist in two of them.
Since the end of his career, Michael Jordan has been considered by the vast majority as the best in history. He won all six of his NBA Finals appearances and won Finals MVP in all of them. He was named regular season MVP five times, has 10 scoring titles and was named Defensive Player of the Year.
We’ll see if these words from Buss end up motivating a LeBron James who for many is even a more complete player than Jordan.
