I feel good after being sick, but the throwing technique has been completely neglected / Article

Chakš wants to start in some more competitions before the end of the season, so that the year does not have to end on such a sad note. Already at the European Championship, Čakš felt that his strength had returned and his feeling would definitely allow him to exceed 80 meters as a result, but during his illness, there was no time to properly improve his throwing technique, which was completely crooked, because after his recovery, the coach fell ill with covid.

At the European Championship, Čakš would have expected a quality result from himself, but he did not have enough technical training for that. Chaksh admitted that Lyme disease had affected his sense of balance and caused various problems, but now he is physically feeling good.

Čakš apologized for the unsuccessful start at the European Championship and expressed his determination to work hard to improve the results.

“Sorry everyone, sorry,” Chaksh said.

Čakš wished success to the brothers Patrik Gailum and Roland Strobinder, who reached the final, whom he has pledged to support in person in the stands of the Munich stadium.

It has already been announced that Čakš finished the European Championship in 17th place, but 12 javelin throwers made it to the finals.
