DeMarre Carroll on Mike Budenholzer’s coaching staff at the Bucks

We had left him with Houston, in the “bubble” of Orlando. Since then, DeMarre Carroll had not appeared in an NBA workforce and it was unclear whether the former “3&D” of the Hawks and Nets had retired or not.

This is indeed the case since Yahoo! Sports announces he is joining Mike Budenholzer’s coaching staff at the Bucks.

For the moment, we do not know what his exact role will be, but the 36-year-old basketball player finds in any case the one who really launched his career. Before his time in Atlanta, DeMarre Carroll had all the trouble in the world to win in the NBA, passing through Memphis, Denver, Houston and Utah between 2009 and 2013.

Recovered in the summer of 2013 by the Hawks, he will nevertheless establish himself as an essential link in Mike Budenholzer’s scheme, starting on the wing for the team, which will reach the conference final in 2015.

He will take the opportunity in the process to sign a very nice contract ($ 60 million over four years) at the Raptors, before being traded to the Nets and then taking the Spurs, where Gregg Popovich never trusted him.
