Artur close to La Liga return

Arthur joined Juventus from FC Barcelona two seasons ago, but hasn’t managed to win in Turin so far. Max Allegri is therefore ready to let him go and the Old Lady is said to be ready to save money on his salary.

According to ‘AS’, this is the first sticking point in the negotiations. Valencia have so far offered to cover 2.2 million euros of his salary, but that’s less than a third of his Serie A salary. Juventus want the deal to go through but need a bigger contribution from Che.

The other key factor is Valencia’s ability to make signings. Currently unable to register players unless they make sales, players like Marcos Andre or Maxi Gomez will have to leave for Valencia to commit to an operation.

Coach Gennaro Gattuso spoke with Arthur, explaining that he would be a key part of his project and the midfielder is keen to play under the former Milan legend.

As the transfer market enters its final month and the La Liga season is only 10 days away, Valencia are going to have to speed up their departures. The more time passes, the fewer options there will be on the table.both in terms of signings and suitors for their players.
