Aritz Egea finished ninth yesterday in the CCC of the UTMB Mont Blanc. The runner from Urretxuarra achieved a good top 10 with a time of 10:56:32 in the 100 kilometers of this prestigious event, the prelude to the long UTMB (170 kilometers) that will end today and in which the Catalan Kilian Jornet will compete. Egea arrived more than an hour behind the winner, the Swede Petter Engdahl (9:53:02).
