Archery, Italy’s squad for the European Grand Prix in Plovdiv. Important chance for some second lines – OA Sport

Waiting for the Asian trip to face the second stage of the World Cup in Gwangju (South Korea) from 16 to 22 May, another noteworthy appointment begins tomorrow for the Italian national archery team.

The tricolor selection will in fact be committed to Plovdiv until Sunday 8 May for the first round of the European Grand Prix circuit. This is an important competitive test to evaluate the state of form of some Italian archers in view of the upcoming seasonal engagements, starting from the European Championships scheduled in a month in Munich.

The coaching staff, drawing up the list of the Azzurri squads for the Bulgarian match, made many changes compared to the World Cup debut in Antalya.

In the men’s Olympic arc they will be competing Yuri Belli, Federico Fabrizzi, Luca Lo Porto, Massimiliano Mandia and Marco Morellowhile women will compete Roberta Di Francesco, Chiara Rebagliati, Karen Hervat, Vanessa Landi and Tanya Giada Giaccheri. The compound division is also in action with Carlo Bernardini, Leonardo Costantino, Valerio Della Stua, Sergio Pagni, Elisa Bazzichetto, Andrea Nicole Moccia, Elisa Roner and Marcella Tonioli.
