World Baseball Classic will return in 2023

The World Baseball Classic will be played in March 2023 having 4 locations in its fifth edition: Taichung, Tokyo, Phoenix and Miami.

The date for the appointment is scheduled for March 9 to March 21, 2023.

Venezuela already knows almost all its rivals and shares Group D with Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Israel, which will play at the loanDepot in Miami.

All 16 teams that participated in the event in 2017 were included on this occasion, while the other four slots for this edition will be defined in two qualifying tournaments that will be played between September 16 and 21 at the Armin-Wolf Arena in Regensburh , Germany, and between September 30 and October 5 at the Rod Carew National Stadium in Panama City, the Panamanian capital.
