This is how Bayern want to invest the Lewandowski millions

With the sale of Robert Lewandowski, Bayern generated another 45 million euros in transfer income this summer. Those responsible in Munich have already emphasized that they want to use the fresh chapter profitably to further strengthen the squad. According to current reports, Bayern have clear priorities in this regard.

Even if the Bavarians have already properly upgraded their squad with Sadio Mané, Noussair Mazraoui and Ryan Gravenberch, the Munich team is far from finished. The sale of Robert Lewandowski has opened up new financial resources that you want to spend on new stars.

Bayern President Herbert Hainer commented on Saturday as follows: “The Lewandowski sale enables us to invest money in the future of the team.” Club boss Oliver Kahn also made it clear on Saturday that Bayern’s transfer activities are not over yet: “We are constantly monitoring the market and if an opportunity arises, we will be there. As the current transfer period shows, FC Bayern is a highly attractive club for Europe’s top players.”

De Ligt, Laimer, Tel & Co. – FC Bayern is targeting these players

In view of the current rumor mill, Bayern have several opportunities to further strengthen their squad. As the “BILD” reports, Matthijs de Ligt in particular currently enjoys the highest priority on Säbener Straße. The Dutchman is to become the new defense boss in Munich and has already given Bayern a commitment. The agreement with Juventus Turin is still pending. The people of Munich are currently working at full speed on this. In the room is a fee between 70-80 million euros.

In addition to de Ligt, Konrad Laimer is also a dream player for FCB coach Julian Nagelsmann. Bayern has also already agreed on a change with the ÖFB kicker. However, the negotiations with RB Leipzig are very sluggish. The Saxons are demanding 30 million euros, Bayern recently offered “only” 20 million.

“The transfers of de Ligt, Tell and Laimer are currently priority”

There are also three other names on Hasan Salihamidzic’s list: Mathys Tel, David Raum and Borna Sosa. Tel, in particular, would like to be lured to the Isar this summer. However, the 17-year-old Frenchman costs between 25-30 million euros and is therefore not a real bargain. But similar to de Ligt and Laimer, Bayern are not giving up on Tel and will continue to try their luck.

Raum and Sosa are being talked about as potential new signings for the left-back where Bayern have a need after the sale of Omar Richards. Here, too, Bayern will have to pay more than 20 million euros for both players.

In an interview with FCBinside, BILD football boss Christian Falk said the following about Bayern’s current transfer plans: “Julian Nagelsmann would like to continue to have a left-back if the club management still has room to maneuver after Omar Richards’ departure . The coach is a big fan of Borna Sosa, whom he already had on his list last season. Bayern have also looked at David Raum, who has taken another step in his development as a German national player. However, the transfers from de Ligt, Tell and Laimer still have priority at the moment.”
