Nineteen years old, a warm and shy smile, a passion for manga and judo, Alessio is a student of the Enzo Ferrari Hospitality Center in Battipaglia suffering from the high-functionality autistic spectrum who, thanks to the anti-racket ambassador chef Cogliandro, is in Reggio Calabria for two weeks of apprenticeship that will give him training and skills for the future.

Alessio’s is an experiential journey that gives wings to a disorder, autism, too often relegated to the narrow corners of the can’t-do-it rooms.

Alessio met chef Cogliandro more than a year ago by participating in the project “School of Community – Educating to sociality, starts from the field” started in March 2019 and which saw the involvement of the students chosen within the ProfAgri, IIS E. Ferrari and IIS Cenni Marconi, local producers, the SOS Antiraket AntiUsura Association, Storiedipane and DaZero.

We talked about it with Tommaso Battaglini, president of SOS Antiracket Antiusura APS
