The Celta is forced to readmit Santi Mina, convicted of sexual abuse

The events for which Mina was reported happened when the footballer was playing in Valencia and was on holiday in Mojácar with his friend David Goldar, who currently plays in Ibiza. However, the court decided to acquit him of the charges of sexual assault, for which the prosecutor sought a sentence of eight years in prison, and the private prosecution nine and a half years. The conviction is ultimately for sexual abuse and also involves a 500-meter removal order from the victim for twelve years and the payment of compensation of 50,000 euros.
