Suwon Yeongdeok High School won the 2022 Korean Badminton Association Long-Term National Category Championship in the women’s high school team event and won two gold medals in the season.

Yeongdeok High School won first place by defeating Jeonnam Hwasun High School 3-2 in the final of the women’s high school team event held at Seosan Citizen’s Gymnasium in Chungcheongnam-do on the 7th.

On this day, Yeongdeok High School had an unstable start as Seul Park lost to Da-yeon Jeong with a set score of 0-2 (12-21 16-21) in the first single. However, in the doubles that followed, Yu-Yun Moon defeated Se-Yeon Yons 2-0 (21-15 21-14) to balance 1-1. 12 21-16) and succeeded in the comeback.

Afterwards, Yeongdeok High School allowed a rematch rate as Jeon A-ram and Choi Min-ju lost to Jeong Da-yeon and Yeon Se-yeon 0-2 (5-21 13-21) in the second doubles, but in the final 3 singles, Jo Yuna defeated Gong Yeo-jin 2-0 (21- 18 21-17) and became the final winner.

Meanwhile, Yeongdeok High School was founded in 2016 and is the first championship in the association’s long-term national badminton competition.
