Sarmiento announced Huarte as coach for the Prefederal

Sarmiento placed first for the next edition of the Prefederal Basketball Championship and yesterday announced the coach who will be in charge of the squad: Matías Huarte. The man from Junin, with extensive experience in Argentina and recently in Hispano Americano, from Río Gallegos, in the National League, lands in El Verde who plans to put together a competitive team to move up in category. Next to him will be Martín Castellazzi as an assistant and the physical preparation will be in charge of Mauro Ilacqua. For his part, Mariano Bosa will take charge of the U15, U17 and U19 divisions.
As for the squad, it is a fact that the shooter Maximiliano Tamburini will wear the Green shirt, after passing through Ciclista Juninense. Likewise, one who returns is shooting guard Aimar Chemile, after his good time at Atlético Villa Cañás. Another who would arrive, coming from Club Junín, is point guard Francisco Vargas.
In the immediate term, he seeks to close with two interns: the names of Marcelo Piuma (Pico FC), Lucas Banegas (Cavul) and Andrés Alderete (Unión La Rioja) were mentioned, but nothing has been confirmed. He is also looking for another base that would come out between Santiago Egas (former Argentino) or “Pájaro” Leandro Bordoy (former Sarmiento and Argentino de Pergamino).
Finally, some surnames that played in the last local basketball tournament would remain, such are the cases of Franco Farina, Emanuel Márquez, Lorenzo Picchi, Pablo Panetta and Vincent Taró, among others.
