The side arrives free and hopes to make the cut in the traditional Bogota club; nevertheless, his figures and most recent statistics do not put him as a weight reinforcement for Santa Fe.

Carlos Moreno has done much of his career on the rise Colombian: Real Cartagena and Huila have been his teams and in B he has played 69 games. Although his first pines in professional football were abroad.
And it is that Moreno debuted in Emelec, from Ecuador, playing 36 games in four seasons (2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017).
