Basketball court
Designed with the concept of “basketball is in the middle of life”, you can immediately access the basketball court from the wooden deck leading to the living room and enjoy playing.
For the court, we utilize the “HOME COURT” court laying service for houses provided by our company. The coat using the permeable concrete “Dry Tech” is more resistant to rain than ordinary soil concrete, and many voids reduce the dribbling noise. It is constructed as a basketball court that can be in harmony with the neighborhood. One of the attractions is that you can experience this “HOME COURT”.
In addition, photographs taken during the activities of ballaholic, which will be 10 years this year, will be exhibited in various places in the room. Immerse yourself in the world of basketball with unique photos.

The multipurpose room is equipped with a goal ring, basketball cartoon, mini table tennis table, BBQ equipment on the deck, and Nintendo Switch and board games in the living room. You can also enjoy “PLAY” other than basketball.
Please put basketball in the middle of your life while enjoying the rich nature and activities of the Izu Kogen such as the nearby Jogasaki coast, beach, Granpal Park, Mt. Omuro, and summer fireworks display. It should make your friends, family and group holidays even more special.
