In the middle of summer, when basketball people have to divide their attention between the series of youth national team tournaments, national team battles, 3×3 basketball activities and preparations for the new club season, the permanent leaders of “Basketstudijas 2+1” Reinis Lācis and Guntis Keisels invited a person with whom they can talk about the whole issue in the guest chair spectrum – general secretary of the Latvian Basketball Union Kaspar Tsiprus.
