Will Eden Hazard finally explode in Real Madrid’s shirt next season? Due to persistent injuries, the Red Devil was never able to show his talent at the Bernabéu. During the preparation for his 4th year at Real, Hazard already feels confident: “It is time for me to show what I can do on the field.”
“It’s now my 4th season with the club. It’s time I showed what I can do on the pitch,” Eden Hazard said firmly in a conversation with ESPN.
The Red Devil, who is in the United States with Real Madrid, believes he can finally show himself next season. “I am healthy and fit.”
“It was not easy to be injured so often. As a football player you want to be on the field. Never before in my career have I been injured so often, you have to learn to deal with that – also in daily life.”
I won great prizes, but I didn’t feel involved.
After his long battle with injuries, Roberto Martinez gave Hazard the chance to pick up match rhythm with the Red Devils. “The four games with Belgium after the season caused a mental click”, shares the dribble butt.
“I felt like a footballer again. After that I took a short vacation and I was ready to fly in full.” Because the attacker does not want to experience a season in which the team is doing well – without Hazard.
“That creates mixed feelings. On the one hand you are happy for the team and the fans, on the other hand it hurts you that you were not part of it. I won great prizes, but did not feel involved. I want that next time change season.”
