Dennis Schröder relaxed about the future of the NBA: “Everything will be fine”

National player Dennis Schröder is not at all worried about his still unclear future in the professional basketball league NBA.

“We’ll see where the journey goes. Everything will be fine,” said the 28-year-old after Sunday’s World Cup qualifier against Poland in Bremen (93-83). MagentaSport.

As in the previous year, Schröder is looking for a club and his contract with the Houston Rockets has expired. Despite major problems in the first half, the point guard from Braunschweig promoted himself against the Poles after a strong final phase with his personal best in the national team (38 points).

“My advisor does his things. He gives me updates every day,” said Schröder, who is now off for several weeks. The next international matches are in the Supercup in Hamburg (19th/20th August), followed by two more appearances in the World Cup qualifiers against Sweden and Slovenia, after which the home European Championship begins (1st to 18th September). In the best case, the future is settled before the tournament in Hamburg.
