Former Feyenoord midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum seems to know his next club. The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder is going to make a rental transfer.
According to Transfer market there is a transfer to the Italian AS Roma in the making. Everton would have made another attempt to bring the midfielder back to Liverpool, but his preference is therefore a period in Italy.
He himself has indicated that he wants to work with Jose Mourinho. PSG wants to continue to pay half of his salary, but also wants a mandatory purchase price at the end of the rental deal. PSV also showed interest, but Wijnaldum’s salary is too much.
