The regional men’s team of Units pel Bàsquet Gandia was proclaimed champion of the IX Valle Escondido National Tournament 2022 in Benasque (Aragón). The team was made up of Aarón Roselló, Pau Ibáñez, Guillem Peiró, Guillem Torras, Valentín Martí, Jordán Blasco, Kike Rodríguez, Álvaro Peyró, Josep Jover and coach Manu Herrera. In addition to playing the games, the team did rafting and kayaking activities that the tournament organized with the collaboration of companies in the area. This was the finishing touch for a team that has been among the top 8 of the Valencian Community in the League. The coach, Manu Herrera, congratulates his players for the great work done during the season and his family for creating such a positive climate inside and outside the team.
