Countryman from Arizona, if you like baseball and miss the Mexican Pacific ARCO League (LaMP)you can’t miss the Mexican Heritage Day, to be held at Chase Field on Saturday August 20.
In order to strengthen the relationship between LaMP fans and Major League Baseball (MLB)the 10 teams of the ARCO league will be invited to the stadium of the Arizona D-Backs.
Mexican Heritage Day is part of the activities prior to the start of the Season 2022-2023presented by Caliente.mx
The activities will start before the start of the game that Saturday, between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Arizona Diamonds, where there will be stands and mascots from each of the 10 clubs in that Mexican league.
You’ll be able to take a picture with one of your favorite ARCO League team mascots as well as the hosts, the Arizona D-Backs.
The ten invited teams from the Mexican league are:
- Eagles of Mexicali
- Orange trees from Hermosillo
- Yaquis of Obregon
- Mayos of Navojoa
- Los Mochis cane growers
- Guasave cotton growers
- Culiacan tomato growers
- Mazatlan deer
- Charros from Jalisco
- Sultans of Monterey
In addition to the pets and the showdown between the D-Backs and the Cardinals, at the end of the game, there will be a concert of Labyrinth Group.
