Fantastic day for Lucia Elena, athlete of the 5-star archers company engaged in a double competition on 40 meters outdoors, last Sunday in Alpignano.

The competition involved two consecutive 40-meter races for a total of 144 arrows.

Lucia not only won the competition but also set the new Italian record.

In the race she was very constant and despite the great heat she didn’t lose concentration and got this fantastic result. She has always shot with consistency of scores and has not suffered in the least from the temperature or the tension. The score obtained by her strengthens her second position in the national ranking list for the qualification for the Italian championships of Oderzo TV from 26 to 28 August.

In the same race, together with various national athletes, Antonio Lamberti was also involved in the seniores, who won seventh place and Marco Astegiano tenth.

On Saturday, on the other hand, a competition took place outdoors in Imperia. Again for the 5 stars, in his first race, among the very young Olympic arches, the podium with third place went to Tommaso Scognamiglio.

Third place also in the naked master bow for Pasqualino Elena, also in the first competition on 50 meters.
