Expanding the Nourim bankbook to non-critically handicapped people

Hwaseong City announced on the 18th that it will operate the ‘Hwaseong Type of Disabled Nurim Account’ project for non-critically disabled people who are excluded from the Gyeonggi-do ‘Nurim Bankbook for the Disabled’, which helps young people with disabilities to build assets.

The Gyeonggi-do Nourim Bankbook is a project that allows a 19-year-old severely disabled youth living in Gyeonggi-do to save up to 100,000 won per month for two years, and receive up to 5 million won, including the money he saved, through 1:1 matching for two years.

Accordingly, the city plans to improve the poor income and employment environment compared to non-disabled people by providing support for non-severely disabled young people who were excluded from the Gyeonggi-do Nourim bankbook.

Hwaseong-type Nourim bankbook support is for those with a 19-year-old registered disability who have registered as a resident in Hwaseong-si for at least 6 months from the date of application and are not severely disabled.

However, if you have signed up for or received support for similar asset formation support projects such as Hope Raising, Tomorrow Raising, Youth Hope, and Working Youth Passbook, you are not eligible. Participants in the Ministry of Health and Welfare ‘Didim Seed Passbook’ can apply.
