Mayor Jo Gyu-il said, “The traffic congestion in Plaza 10 will be dramatically improved as vehicles that have entered Plaza 10 from the national highway and have been advancing toward Jinyang Lake will be able to bypass the congestion zone.”

Newlyweds housing jeonse fund interest support… Extension of marriage period to 7 years

Jinju City will implement the ‘Housing Jeonse Loan Interest Support Project’ for newlyweds.

The project, which has been implemented every year since 2019, will expand the scope of support from this year from within 5 years of marriage to within 7 years. The loan amount standard has also been removed, allowing more newlyweds to enjoy the benefits.

The project cost this year is 400 million won, and it is estimated that 400 households will benefit.

The amount of support is 1.5% of the balance of the loan for Jeonse housing, with a maximum of 1 million won per year. In order to expand support for families with multiple children, 20% per child is added to the support amount, up to a maximum of 1.5 million won.
