“He said he was going to faint and couldn’t speak properly. That was very worrying,” said the Brit, describing the anxious minutes.
“I tried to give him some sugar. A bottle of Gatorade and a sports gel, which wasn’t the best in the situation. In the audience they found a couple of Percy Pigs, which he got down,” Burrage said after the match : “He felt better after that.”
