Valledupar 2022: Brillith Gamarra and Juan Postigos won a gold medal in the Bolivarian Games

Peru He already has four gold medals at the Bolivarian Games of Valledupar 2022. The gold medals for fencing and rowing were joined by the two for judo thanks to Juan Postigos and Brillith Gamarra.

The judoka Juan Postigos, who was the flag bearer at the opening of the Bolivarian Games, beat Dominican Elmert Ramírez in the men’s -66 kg category in the final and won the gold medal at the Coliseo Colegio Billingüe de Valleduar.

While Brillith Gamarra, 25, won the gold medal in women’s -48 kg after winning her four fights in the round robin (system of all against all).
