According to the statement made by the club, TOFAŞ continues its staff structuring efforts for the 2022-2023 season.
The blue-green club made an agreement with Karaman, who played for Semt77 Yalova Basket last season.
Ilkan Karaman, who grew up in TOFAŞ infrastructure and played for the A team in 2008-2011, was selected by the Brooklyn Nets in the second round of the 57th place in the 2012 NBA Drafts.

Experienced player, previously played for Pınar Karşıyaka, Fenerbahçe Ülker, Acıbadem University, Beşiktaş, İstanbul Metropolitan Belediyespor, Büyükçekmece Basket, Cholet Basket, Sharks Antibes, Aliağa Petkimspor and Semt77 Yalova Basket teams.
Karaman played 27 games for the Yalova representative, averaging 7.5 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 33.3 percent three points.
