Milwaukee Bucks player Thanasis Antetokounmpo has cashed in his player option for the upcoming 2022-23 season valued at $1.9 million, reported Michael Scotto of the outlet. Hoopshype.
The eldest of the Antetkounmpo saga arrived at the Wisconsin franchise in 2019 after playing two seasons at Panathinaikos in Greece.
NBA champion in 2021 with the aforementioned Bucks, he has also won the Greek League twice; two-time Greek League All-Star and two-time Greek All-Star MVP.
Last season he played 48 official games (6 as a starter) with figures of 3.6 points and 2.1 rebounds in 9.9 minutes per game.
