As per tradition, the Italian Basketball Federation is giving away the title of Italian Serie A2 Champion between the winners of the two playoff tables. The formula foresees a single match, Saturday 18 June, on the field of the team that will have concluded the regular season with the best record. Verona will face the winner between Cantù and Scafati.
