Spain, bronze in the Highlight final at the Budapest Swimming World Championships

The set of artistic swimming achieved the first medal for the Spanish delegation in the World Cups of Budapest, after hanging this Saturday the bronze in the final of the Highlight category.

The Spanish team, which achieved a score of 91.9333 points, remained just three tenths of a point -0.3334- from the silver medal, which went to Italy with a rating of 92.2667. Much further away was the Spanish team, made up of Cristina Arambula, Abril Conesa, Berta Ferreras, Emma García, Mireia Hernández, Meritxell Mas, Alisa Ozhogina, Paula Ramírez, Iris Tió and Blanca Toledano, from the winners, the Ukrainian team that hung gold with a note of 95.0333 points.

A score that allowed Ukraine defend the title of world champion that he achieved three years ago in the South Korean city of Gwangju, where the Highlight modality debuted in the world championship program.

World Cups in which, as happened this Saturday in Budapest, the teams from Italy and Spain accompanied Ukraine on the podium, after finishing in second and third position, respectively.
