In charge of Iván Josué Macías, the SJR Archery Club was reported ready to participate in the Irapuato tournament that will take place this Sunday, which will be attended by representatives from all over the country.

The representative from San Juan dedicated the last few weeks to reinforcing his preparation, promoting training not only the body but also the mind to be more concentrated in Parque Las Garzas.

The delegation will be participating in the traditional bow modality, with the youth and adult categories. He seeks to endorse medals like the ones he got in the León Interstate Tournament, Guanajuato won weight at the national level. He is a great representative of San Juan del Río in the Slams of the State of Mexico and Puebla, participating in up to 6 tournaments per year.

The goalkeepers Axel Aguilar Amézquita, Paloma Encarnación Camacho, Marco Antonio Juvencio Lada are some of the strong candidates for San Juan del Río who have won the representatives of Tamaulipas, Jalisco and other states of the Republic.

Once the pandemic allowed the return to group practices, the club grows to be a great place to release stress loads. The SJR Archery Club allows you to develop skills that are used not only in sports but in the rest of life.

The expectations are to be placed in the first places, although beyond a medal is to gain a great experience and that the group supports each other.

“We always hope that both students and parents participate in the tournaments and really realize that it was in other cities and in other states of the country because there are many people whose hobby, entertainment is traditional archery,” explained goalkeeper Josué Macias.

He pointed out that Archery in San Juan del Río is gaining territory, that more and more children and adults are interested in this discipline.

“Every time we are working so that more people join, they can enjoy the benefits of practicing archery. They realize that there are adults, women, ladies, elderly men who opt for this practice for life”, she declared.

To conclude, I wish the goalkeepers luck who, beyond forming the club, feel proud to represent San Juan del Río.
