Schwartz becomes Hertha’s head coach

As you know, at the end of May, “Hertha” kept their place in the Bundesliga, playing in the sum of two games, beating Hamburg SV 2: 1.

After the success, Hertha head coach Felix Magat announced that he would not stay on the team.

“We were looking for someone with passion, emotion and the ability to fuel the team, as well as with tactical skills,” says Freddy Bobic, Hertha’s sports director. Zandro has demonstrated it all with the Mainz 05 and Dinamo.

Schwarz worked with Mainz 05 from 2017 to 2019, after which he led Dinamo, which was left after a 1: 2 loss to Moscow’s Spartak team in the Russian Cup final on May 29.

“I’m happy to start working with Hertha,” Schwartz said. “The team has had a hard time and I hope to turn it into a positive foundation by working hard and investing a lot of energy.”

With the addition of Schwartz to Hertha, only two clubs have been left in the Bundesliga without the head coaches – Borussia and Augsburg.
