Sadio Mane is moving to Bayern Munich!

FC Bayern has apparently signed the player of their choice. According to consistent media reports, Munich have agreed to transfer Sadio Mane to Liverpool FC.

Mane’s move to Bayern has been announced for weeks, and as of today it seems to be perfect. As “Sky” reporter Florian Plettenberg reports, FCB reached an agreement with Liverpool FC on Friday. Plettenberg describes the transfer as a “done deal”. The British portal “The Athletic” has also confirmed the agreement between the two clubs.

Bayern pays almost 40 million euros for Mane

According to Plettenberg, Bayern will pay less than 40 million euros for the Senegalese, including bonus payments. According to information from “BILD”, the Munich team will transfer 32 million euros to the LFC as a fixed fee. A further nine million euros can be added through bonus payments. Six million euros should be relatively easy to achieve. The remaining three will only flow if Mane wins the Champions League and if Mane wins the Ballon d’Or in the future.

Most recently, reports circulated that the Reds would demand at least 50 million euros. As transfer insider Fabrizio Romano claims to have learned, Liverpool decided not to put any obstacles in Mane’s way and lowered his transfer fee – out of respect for the player and because of the friendly relationship with FC Bayern.

Bayern agreed on a 3-year contract with the Senegalese some time ago. According to Romano, the obligatory medical check-up and contract signing should take place in Munich as soon as possible.

After Noussair Mazraoui and Ryan Gravenberch, Mane is the third new signing for the German record champions this summer.
