PSSI declared win by CAS


The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland, won PSSI from a lawsuit by Belgian company Target Eleven. In the CAS decision, the Petitioner (Targert Eleven) could not fulfill the requirements proposed by CAS.

As is known, the letter from the arbitration committee was sent to the Petitioners on June 3, 2022 and until June 6, the requirements proposed by CAS could not be fulfilled by the Petitioners.

“In view of the above and in the absence of the conditions specified by CAS, the President of the Ordinary Arbitration Division of CAS or his representative will issue an order to terminate the case in accordance with article R64.2 paragraph 2 of the Code of Arbitration relating to Sport,” said a lawyer appointed by PSSI at Sophie Roud Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

PSSI also welcomes the CAS decision. ”PSSI is certainly very happy with this good news. The current PSSI management does not know anything about what the PSSI management did in 2013. Now everything is clear after the decision from CAS,” said member of the PSSI Executive Committee, Ahmad Riyadh.
