On May 28, the Extremadura TOP TTR Absolute and Senior Badminton was held in Villanueva de la Vera. Several AD CURA MORA players managed to win a medal:
-Manuel Calero, came in 2nd place in the IM-ABS category after losing in a hard-fought 3-set final by a difference of 2 points.
-Mariela Vázquez managed to climb to the top of the podium in the IF-ABS category
-Ana Calero won the silver medal in the IF-ABS category
-Manuel Calero and his partner Jorge Jerez were 1st in the DM-ABS category
-Pablo García and Daniel Morcuende were in 2nd place in the DM-ABS category
-Manuel Calero and Ana Calero were 2nd in the DX-ABS category
-Isabel Morcuende was 1st in the IF-A1 category
-Nuria Martín came in 2nd position in the IF-A1 category
-Nuria Martín and Isabel Morcuende were 1st in the DF-A1 category
-Mary García and Beatriz Vázquez won the silver medal in the DF-A1 category
-Manuel Caperote and Isabel Morcuende climbed to the top of the podium in the DX-A1 category
-José Manuel Vázquez and Beatriz Vázquez were 2nd in the DX-A1 category
-Manuel Caperote was 1st in the IM-B1 category
-Rubén Jiménez and José Manuel Vázquez were 2nd in the DM-B1 category
EXTREMADURA TRIAL CHAMPIONSHIP
On May 29, the 4th round of the Extremadura Trial championship was held in Villanueva de la Vera, more specifically in Los Alisos. 31 participants were able to enjoy this sport, in an ideal environment for their practice.
As for sports, several members of the Moto Club Trial Extremadura and residents of Villanueva managed to get on the podium in this competition
-Víctor Espinosa climbed to the top of the podium in the TR1 RED category
-César Velázquez, finishing in 2nd position in the TR3 GREEN category
-Alberto Oliveira took 2nd place in the TR2 BLUE category
-Héctor Illescas also got a podium by finishing 3rd in the white fry category.
