NBA, finally Steph Curry: with the ring comes the Finals MVP

It took four titles to Steph Curry to reach this milestone, but he finally made it. The # 30 of the Golden State Warriors wins his first trophy of Finals MVPon the night his Warriors exceed 103-90 i Boston Celtics to ensure the 7th deductible.

Steph Curry didn’t need to win Finals MVP to recognize him as one of the best players to have touched a basketball. Many would have given Curry this coveted accomplishment as early as 2015, the year of the first Golden State title Steve Kerr. The guard had led him for points scored and assists dealt, but the voting committee preferred him Andre Iguodalafor the excellent defensive work put in place against LeBron James. The next two Warriors titles instead were won thanks to the performance of a certain Kevin Durant; the respective MVP Finals went to him.
