Despite rejecting said appeal, the fans will be able to attend the stadium, taking into account that an appeal would still be missing to be able to reverse the decision.
The Dimayor and the Disciplinary Commission expressed themselves in this regard, issuing the statement in Resolution 032 of 2022. After the appeal was presented by the ambassadors, the entity said “For this reason, the club’s request does not find support as long as it does not No element was provided that disputes what was reported by the match officials, reports that enjoy a presumption of veracity.”
In addition, they add “This Committee does not replace article 7 of Resolution 031 of June 10, 2022” in this way, the sanction of two dates for part of the western stand of the El Campín stadium is upheld.
However, Dimayor left open the possibility for Millonarios to present the appeal “In response to the decision of this appeal and the request, this Committee grants the appeal before the Dimayor Disciplinary Commission, for which it will run the respective transfer of the file.
With the possibility presented by Dimayor, of the appeal, Millonarios fans will be able to attend the stadium against Atlético Nacional, this Saturday, June 11, as long as the entity does not respond to this appeal.
