According to information from the very serious newspaper The TimesHenrik Stenson (pictured) and Tommy Fleetwood could be the next players to join LIV.
The list of players responding favorably to calls for petrodollars from the LIV could stretch.
According to an article from Times, Henrik Stenson et Tommy Fleetwood are said to be in negotiations to join the new Saudi league led by Greg Norman.

Disturbingly, the England player’s wife, who is also his agent, Clare Craigwas present at Centurion Club during the first test of LIV Golf Invitational Series contested in early June in London, where many players’ agents were also seen. The winner of the Race to Dubai in 2017 is currently 43rd player in the world and 69th at the FedEx Cup. He signed three top 10s on the PGA Tour this season, including a 5th place in the PGA Championship last month.

A change of Ryder Cup captain?
For the Swede, this could call into question the Gothenburg native’s captaincy for the next Ryder Cup which will take place in Italy next year.
Indeed, the English newspaper reports the remarks of an official of the DP World Tour which explains that ” if he passes to the other side, he will not be able to be captain for the next one Ryder Cup. »
The sanctions remain for the moment only financial on the side of the European circuit. A fine that the organizers of LIV Golf Invitational Series would have agreed to reimburse the players concerned.
