The gardens come to life and color again thanks to hundreds of children and Judo at the Park. The recreational-sports project promoted by ASD Kaishi Judo Romagna, now in its 5th edition, will restart on Thursday 9 June from the Teodorico Park and, subsequently, the Judo tatami at the Park will move to various parks in the city.
“In an increasingly hasty and superficial society that looks more at appearance and success than at sound principles, sport has a strong educational and socializing function – comment the organizers of the event -. Today more than ever, it is important that sport, the genuine one, helps to transmit very important and fundamental values such as respect for others, ethical values, loyalty, respect for the rules, friendship, and must, thanks to its principles, educate the individual to repudiate all forms of violence, discrimination and corruption “.
“Judo is also recognized by modern pedagogy as a valid educational tool that is extremely valuable for the psychophysical evolution of both able-bodied children and those with special educational needs, and so what better approach to this Judo discipline in the park? The meetings are free and participation does not require a reservation, it will be sufficient to go to the interested Park and fill in a participation form. During the meetings, thanks to a local supermarket brand, a refreshing snack will be offered to all participating children.
The event is sponsored by the Municipality of Ravenna, Province, Region ER, AUSL Romagna, alongside the technicians of the Kaishi Judo Romagna there are the historical partners such as Anmic, Avis Comunale Ravenna, Aeer, Public Assistance.
The appointments will be from 17.30 to 19.30 at the following parks: 9 June Parco Teodorico via Pomposa, 16 June Parco Fagiolo via Cavina, 23 June Giardino Mani Fiorite via Eraclea, 30 June Parco Fagiolo, 7 July Giardino Mani Fiorite, 14 July Parco Fagiolo, 1 September Parco Teodorico, 8 September Parco Fagiolo.
