José Serrano already has colors to debut in professional basketball in Venezuela

José Serrano will be another of the debutants in Venezuelan professional basketball during the upcoming Professional Super League and will do so as the first official record of Piratas de La Guaira, a team that replaces Bucaneros in the name.

José Serrano comes from the NCAA D-2

Like Osbel Caraballo, who will make his debut with Gigantes de Guayana, the 2:00-meter shooting guard-forward had his college journey in the second division of the NCAA.

In his last chapter with Eastern New Mexico he only played 9 games as he had to leave the season for personal reasons. He averaged 12.7 points and 3.8 rebounds on 50% shooting from 3-point range (7/14).
