Chile got its first gold medal after a spectacular performance by Felipe Cárdenas, who won first place in the Rowing Light Single at the Valledupar 2022 Bolivarian Games, held in Colombia.
The national athlete made a great time in the competition, with a total of 03:39.35 that allowed him stay with authority with the Rowing Men’s Light Single of 1,000 meters, and add the first gold medal for the national delegation in the international competition.
