England and Germany footballers fight in a draw; Cain approaches Rowney’s record – Football

The league match ended with a score of 1: 1 (0: 0).

Jonass Hofmans had a good opportunity to give his team the lead but the home team’s goalkeeper made the save.

However, in the 50th minute after Jozua Kimmiha’s pass, Hofmans sent the ball into the goal with a strong shot from the penalty area and reached 1: 0 for the German national team.

The British had several chances to draw, which was also possible thanks to the 11-meter penalty shot by Hero Cain in the 88th minute. After the involvement of the VAR, the “pendulum” was earned by Cain himself, who was unauthorized by Nko Schlotterbeck on the German national team.

Keynes scored his 50th goal in the England national team, playing 71 in the national team. He is only slightly behind the record holder Wein Rooney, who scored 53 goals in 120 matches (played from 2003 to 2018).

Cain, 28, overtook Bobby Charlton (played from 1958 to 1970) to score 49 goals in 106 games. Gary Lineker (played from 1984 to 1992) is also in fourth place with 80 goals in 80 matches.

Meanwhile, last year’s European champion Italy defeated Hungary 2: 1 (2: 0) in Cesena.

After 30 minutes, Italy’s Nikolo Barella found the back of the goal with a beautiful free kick. At the last half of the half, the Hungarians did not look into Lorenzo Pelegrini in the penalty area, who scored 2: 0 after Mateo Politāno.

A pass to the side pulled the defense out of position which let Janluka Mančini slip through on goal.

In the third group of League A, after two games, Italy has four points, Hungary has three points, Germany has two points and England has one.

In League B, Finland defeated Montenegro at home with 2-0 (2-0), scoring two goals in the first half for Joel Pohjanpalo. Meanwhile, Bosnia and Herzegovina beat Romania at home with 1: 0 (0: 0), which was disappointed by Smails Prevļaks in the middle of the second half.

In the C league, Lithuania suffered a heavy defeat, capitulating at home with Turkey 0: 6 (0: 2), which for the first time in 72 years has won two games in a row with a difference of at least four goals. Dogukan Siniks and Serdar Dursun scored two goals, and Junuss Akgins and Halil Dervishol hit the ball in the “fortress” from time to time.

Another Luxembourg guest won the Faroe Islands team 1-0 (0: 0), finishing the match with nine men. The winning goal was scored by Jerson Rodrigues in the 74th minute.

In the League of Nations, the group winners earn the opportunity to play in the top group next season. Namely, the team that wins in one of the C groups gets a chance to start in one of the B groups, while the winners of the B groups are strong in the A groups next season. The weakest teams in Group C meet in the knockout battles to find out the two units that will be relegated to the D League, replacing the two strongest units.

The League of Nations tournament is in its third year.

Last season’s final tournament took place last October, with France winning Spain in the title race. In the first season, the final was hosted by Portugal, making the home team the first UEFA League of Nations champions in history.
