AteneiKa 2022: 12 days of sport and music at CUS Cagliari

12 days of sport and music, 1,400 sportsmen, over 20 artists, 100 volunteers. These are the numbers of the eighth edition di “AteneiKa – Sport, Music & You scheduled by1 to 12 June at CUS Cagliari – Sports Citadel “The Duchess ” in via Is Mirrionis 3 a Cagliari.

The demonstration was presented this morning in the Council Hall in the Rectorate.

The festival will begin Wednesday 1 June at 7.30 pm with the celebration of 75 years of the CUS Cagliari. Present the president of the CUS CagliariMarco Meloni; the Magnificent RectorFrancesco Mola and the president and CEO of Sport and Health Vito Cozzoli. At the end the award ceremony of the Rector’s Cup11-a-side football tournament reserved for students of the University of Cagliari and the opening ceremony from AteneiKa. The evening will end with the 1 hour party”.

Sport. They will almost be 1.400 students and students, staff and teachers of the University of Cagliari who will take to the field to defend the colors of you are faculty Biology and Pharmacy; Engineering and Architecture; Medicine and Surgery; Science; Economic and Legal Political Sciences; Humanistic Studies. Everyone on the pitch to challenge each other in the 16 sport of this edition Athletics, Basketball 3 vs 3, Badminton, Five-a-side football, Table football, Soccer tennis, Dodgeball, E-sports – FIFA 22, Chess Fencing, Tennis Teqvoly, Teqball, Table tennis, Touchtennis, Volleyball.

Musica. Rich the line-up of the artists who will be on the AteneiKa stage: Elisa Bez, Dargen D’Amico (June 2), Leschio and Pakos, Ketama126 (June 3), Ivreatronic (June 4), Kaze, Ditonellapiaga (June 5), Zeep, Giorgio Poi ( 6 June), I Boschi Bruciano, Emma Nolde (7 June), djset Radiolina, Finley (8 June), Svegliaginevra, Stu Larsen (9 June), Manuella, Mara Sattei (10 June).

Initiatives. AteneiKa will be the center of numerous activities planned in recent months thanks to the support of numerous institutional and private partners related to social issues: AteneiKa SPONClinked to the practice of unconventional sports e Cagliari Playground, with sport becoming a lever for training young people to an active lifestyle through cohesion, inclusion and culture. Thanks to the collaboration with FITET Sardegna, on Saturday 11 June, the Sporting Citadel “The Duchess”will host a stage of Table Tennis X (TTX Ping Pong Fest). Sunday 12 June i Sardinian Absolute and Paralympic Championships.

Training. The project “Training with AteneiKa” saw volunteers and students from the University of Cagliari as protagonists. The main focus has developed around the dynamics of organizing a festival thanks to the involvement of professionals from the cultural world.
