An appeal will be filed in the dispute between Jūrmala “Spartaka” and Russian footballer Ivahnov – Football Premier League – Football

The video of Yevgeny Savina, the founder of the Russian Third League club “Krasava” of the current Ivanhov team, was distributed on social networks, in which the Jurmala club was accused of falsifying the footballer’s signatures in contracts.

Contracts that allegedly forged the player’s signatures provided for him to join Spartacus and then-Super Nova. Under these agreements, Ivahnov would not be able to join the Krasava club. After reviewing the dispute, FIFA admitted that “Spartaks” had not forged the signatures of the respective football player in the contracts and the player had left the Jurmala club himself.

The FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber has also ruled that Ivahnov must pay the Latvian club compensation for breach of contract without cause, for which his current club will be responsible.

On Tuesday, Savins published Ivahnova’s contracts with Spartak on Instagram, which were sent to the Latvian Football Federation (LFF) and FIFA, and revealed that the contracts had been signed by various people. The first contract, submitted to the LFF, retains the signature of Executive Director Richard Ivanov, but the contract, which was sent to FIFA, is signed in the name of former General Manager Edgar Gaurach, who had already been disqualified for playing football and was prohibited from engaging in any football-related activities. .

Savin also stated that his expertise in Russia had concluded that Ivahnov’s signature had been forged on all copies of the contract and that an appeal would be lodged with CAS against FIFA’s decision.

“Spartaks” is in the ninth position in the Latvian Premier League tournament table with eight points in 15 games.
